-STEP 2 - make your BOOKING -
How do I book:
Should you be happy and ready to book, kindly send me the following information, in order for me to start your reservation:
- Full names and dates of births of all passengers (as per passports)
- Please advise which cruise / cabin category / preferred dinner sitting to be put on a request basis
What is included in the above price:
- Accommodation on the ship
- Port Charges
- Insurance (Not on cruises to and from Europe or any other international cruise)
- Service fee
- 3 Meals daily, plus a midnight snack
- Afternoon tea/coffee and pastries
- A range of entertainment
What is excluded:
- All drinks
- Making your way to the harbour (however, we can book airport shuttles for you at a cost)
- Any Spa package or other prepaid packages (we can offer you package at a cost)
- Hotel accommodation (we can offer you accommodation at a cost)
- Airport or private transfers (we can offer you transfers at a cost)
- Any flights (we can assist with flights at a cost)
- Any excursions, should you go ashore at any of your destinations - weather permitted (available to book via the MSC website)
- Anything else of personal nature
-STEP 3 - make your DEPOSIT PAYMENT -
PAYMENTS:
Once your reservation has been made, you would need to sent me your proof of the non-refundable deposit of R4000.00 per cabin within 24 hours after receiving your booking confirmation. Full payment/balance payment is then needed before 65 days prior to your departure date.

Also remember to use your booking number as reference when making any payments by EFT or directly at the bank. This will allow our accounts department to trace and allocate your payment to your booking number.
Our preferred method of payment is EFT (Electronic bank transfer), as cash payments can incurr a surcharge of 1%. If you wish to pay by credit card, we charge a 2,5% extra on the total amount. (please request our credit card form should you wish to make use of the option). Please note that we do not accept any cheque payments, as this will cause payment delays.

-STEP 4 - complete your reservation detail on the ONLINE LINK (after your booking and payment has been made) -
As your ticket is generated from this link closer to your departure date, you need to proceed to the following link http://www.msccruises.co.za/za_en/Already-Booked/Booking-Form-on-line.aspx to check names, dates of births and complete any outstanding information on the form. Tickets are normally released +- 2 weeks prior to departure.

The New Immigration Regulation dictates that as from 01 October 2014 children under the age of 18 years, require UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATES, along with their passports, when travelling. Should you be travelling with/making a reservation for children, please ensure that you apply for these certificates timeously.
